Biography
Mary Kutheis (kooth-ice) started her company 23 years ago, knowing she could make more of an impact on people working from the outside of many organizations rather than inside of one. Prior to starting her company she spent 17 years in Corporate America.
Ambitious small and mid-size business owners and leaders (even if only leading themselves) look to Mary to help them harness their best thinking and further their skills around: values-based leadership, prioritizing, communication, delegation, emotional intelligence, hiring & selection, defining company culture, new leader development, etc. What are commonly known as "soft skills."
She holds four coaching certifications: Professional, Executive, Foundational Team and Axiogenics (Value Judgment). She published her first book, Making Minutes Matter: Your Guide to Being Content With How You Spend Your Time, in 2019.
Mary brings insight, candor, compassion, accountability, solution development and sense of humor to each engagement.
