SUMMARY
Bonita is a skilled and committed organizational consultant, leadership development facilitator and certified business coach. She has coached leaders at all levels and is particularly skillful in linking people development to business results. She coaches leaders with honesty, directness and a genuine commitment to their personal growth and success. Bonita is certified in the application of a variety of assessments; including the (EQ) Emotional Intelligence Profile, MBTI Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Mindex Critical Thinking Survey plus extensive experience in the use of several 360-feedback instruments.
Her success in delivering results during constant organizational and market changes derive from real world experiences while holding leadership positions at IBM and Verizon. Positions held include corporate talent development, executive coaching and enterprise sales .

Bonita has extensive experience in the development, execution and feedback process for various 360 assessments. While at Verizon she managed the company’s 360 program for over 200,000 domestic and international employees.
