Our Brains & Change: Using 5 Neuroscience Concepts to Create Better Change Outcomes
Learners receive a practical approach to work through resistance to change that is grounded in neuroscience. Coaches can use this knowledge themselves and/or share this approach with their clients to support them in navigating change or when leading others, addressing the emotional side of change resistance with greater ease and confidence.
Learning Objectives:
1. Identify and leverage strengths as the change expert each participant already is.
2. Learn specific neuroscience concepts related to change resistance and how to use these to create better outcomes.
3. Understand three of the most common tough questions asked in response to new changes and how to address these with greater compassion and confidence.

Meet the Speaker Dr. Elizabeth Moran
Dr. Moran is an experienced leader, consultant, and speaker, passionate about giving leaders and organizations support to successfully navigate change. Partnering with business and HR leaders from Fortune 500 companies to technology start-ups, she has successfully supported large and small-scale transformation efforts through practical advice and actions that simplify change leadership and management. She is the author of the Amazon Bestselling book Forward: Leading Your Team Through Change (John Hunt Business Books, 2023), designed to make her practical approach accessible to all people leaders globally.
Prior to starting Elizabeth Moran Transformation, she was Vice President of Global Talent Development at ADP. She also held leadership, team and talent development roles at Bloomberg, Lehman Brothers, Getty Images, and Time Inc. She holds masters and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, a PCC-level coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation and a certification as a Neuro-Transformational Coach.
