Meet Peter Demarest
Peter has been coaching for over 20 years and is one of the world’s leading experts in the science of neuro-axiology and self-leadership development. He is co-author of the book, Answering the Central Question (2010), co-founder and president of global coach training and support company, Axiogenics, LLC., and co-developer of the VQ Profile® Assessment and the Self-Leadership Institute. He has trained and mentored professionals worldwide in the science and application of neuro-axiology for coaching, training, leadership, and organizational development. Over the years, Peter has been a speaker/presenter at numerous national and regional events conferences for such organizations as the ICF, OD Network, ATD, SHRM, ILT, and countless industry-specific trade associations. This year (2022), he is once again a WBECS presenter as one of the world’s top thought leaders in the coaching industry.
