Meet Drew Bird

Drew Bird is the author of The Leaders Guide to Emotional Intelligence and EQ Master Trainer who has certified hundreds of coaches, consultants, and HR professionals on how to effectively use the class leading EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 emotional intelligence. Drew holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology from the University of London, England, and an MA in Leadership from Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada. 

Drew has been working with emotional intelligence and emotional intelligence assessments in coaching settings for more than a decade. His hands-on experience of helping leaders to understand, explore, and develop their emotional intelligence lets him bring a practical perspective to his work that is rooted in the day-to-day realities of leading in today’s organizations.
