Public Connecting - The New & Improved Public Speaking

Public speaking is one of the greatest human fears. It's also an incredible strategy to grow a business, make an impact in the world, and become known for the amazing work you do. What if we could view the act of public speaking differently? Suppose we thought of it as an opportunity to connect with individuals? I believe we would have a lot more coaches sharing their message and making a huge positive impact in the world.

If you are good at what you do, you are an expert connector. You've developed all of the skills needed to do what it takes. In this STAND TALL learning opportunity, you'll discover your hidden strengths, identify powerful ways to connect with groups, and sketch out an action plan for future opportunities. You'll leave this session empowered and full of enthusiasm!

Three learning objectives:

  1. Identify three connection strategies you can use with your audience the next time you speak.
  2. Confidently say 'YES!' to the next speaking opportunity that arises.
  3. Powerfully engage their audience to provide an experience rather than a speech.

Sara will be presenting this same program at the ICF Converge Conference in the Czech Republic this fall.

 Meet Sara Krisher, ACC

Sara Krisher is driven by all those times you had something to say and didn’t raise your hand, all the moments you needed to speak up but kept quiet, and each time you resisted heading to the front of the room because you couldn’t find the strength. The cost is too high, and the world needs your ideas, your voice, and your bravery.

Sara is a Master trained coach and an experienced trainer, facilitator and speaker. She is a member of the National Speaker’s Association and on the board of the International Coach Federation Minnesota Chapter. She develops talks and programs that not only inspire but empower. She knows that confidence is only accessed by stepping into fear. Audiences find her thoughtful, engaging, and funny.
