Joani Alsop

Joani is a seasoned coach, facilitator, consultant, and leader with extensive experience in leadership development, executive assessment, and organizational and career development. Her expertise spans ten industries, in addition to higher education and non-profit sectors, where she has focused on strengthening leadership, organizational capability, employee engagement, and inclusion to accelerate positive impact.

Her diverse career includes roles as the Director of Coaching for a non-profit, Director of Learning and Women in Leadership Program Facilitator for FOCUS St. Louis, and Associate Director of Career Management at Maryville University. She has also worked as an executive coach and consultant for a global consulting company.

Joani holds a bachelor's and master's degree from Maryville University. She is a trained Master Business Coach and Performance Leadership Coach and a graduate of both the Women in Leadership Program and the FOCUS Diversity Leadership Fellowship Program.

A certified Happiness Trainer and Dare to Lead trained, Joani is also certified in multiple assessments, including the Birkman and MBTI. She has experience with over 15 leadership assessment tools, such as StrengthsFinder, DISC, and Hogan. She is a dedicated leader in her community, serving on the ICF St. Louis board as the Inclusion & Belonging Director and on the St. Louis Organization Development Network board for over a decade.

Whitney Armstong

Whitney Armstrong is a Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), awarded in March 2025, known for helping clients clarify their vision, strengthen confidence, and navigate personal and professional transitions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Family Services, a certificate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Whitney is also certified in Mental Health First Aid and sworn in as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), advocating for at-risk youth in the foster care system.

As Head of Organizational Development for a national coaching organization, Whitney leads the training and onboarding of coaches, oversees program development, and designs engaging workshops and events. Her coaching approach integrates mindset development, emotional intelligence, health and wellness, and practical problem-solving—helping clients break through barriers and create sustainable change.

With experience spanning leadership development, life transitions, career planning, and wellness coaching, Whitney blends empathy with strategic insight to meet clients where they are and guide them toward where they want to be. Her work is rooted in the belief that clarity, confidence, and consistent action can transform any stage of life.

Outside of coaching, Whitney enjoys traveling, writing, reading, and rowing—interests that keep her perspective fresh and her curiosity engaged. She brings this well-rounded energy into every session, creating a supportive yet results-driven space for clients to thrive.

Anna Eder

Anna Eder is an executive coach and leadership strategist who partners with high-performing professionals to navigate complex challenges with clarity, confidence, and precision. She specializes in executive presence, leadership transitions, and coaching culture development. Her clients value her ability to blend deep listening with bold insight, helping them elevate their impact while staying aligned with their core values. 

With more than 25 years in the professional services industry, Anna has coached a wide spectrum of leaders—including managers, teams, and those who manage and develop them. She also brings extensive experience coaching executives and department heads on the headquarters side of a Fortune 500 firm, where she led enterprise coaching strategy and talent development initiatives. She holds a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation and advanced certifications in mentor coaching, supervision, and instructional design.

Anna’s coaching is shaped by her insider understanding of how leadership unfolds in fast-paced, performance-driven environments. She creates a space where clients can step back, think more strategically, and make grounded decisions that support both business growth and personal well-being. Known for her calm presence and laser-focused questions, Anna helps leaders move from pressure to purpose—unlocking meaningful results for themselves, their teams, and their organizations.

Marci Mayer Eisen, MSW, ACC

Marci Mayer Eisen, MSW, ACC is Director of Leadership Initiatives for the Jewish Federation of St. Louis, providing both professional development and board training for a network of 50 nonprofit organizations. She previous ran parenting programs and family events at the JCC and inter-faith volunteerism at the JCRC. Marci has a MSW in groupwork and graduate certificate in nonprofit management, along with credentials from the College of Executive Coaching. She is an alum of both Women in Leadership and Leadership St. Louis, programs of Focus St. Louis and has supervised over 30 MSW students. In addition to coaching, her favorite subjects are teamwork, supervision, board training and staffing volunteer committees.

Tammy Gocial, ACC, PhD

Dr. Tammy M. Gocial is the founder and executive director of Gocial Leadership Advisors (GoLead!). Throughout her 35-year career in non-profit higher education, Tammy spent almost 20 years as a senior-level leader working with colleagues at several institutions on enrollment, marketing, finance, and human resources. During her most recent 15 years, she worked extensively on full- and part-time employee engagement, on-boarding, recruitment of diverse colleagues, curriculum development and teaching and learning for a technologically-driven workforce. Prior to that, Tammy served as a senior leader at two institutions where she oversaw leadership development programs, diversity initiatives, and campus facilities. 

Over time, Tammy has led teams of 12-90 colleagues in successful program development and evaluation, change management, DEI and student success initiatives. She has also been responsible for program budgets up to $15M, and been part of the leadership team developing and approving budgets up to $115M.

Tammy’s consulting practice has focused on leading diverse teams on such topics as: strategic change, strategic planning, employee engagement, and leading with Strengths (using the CliftonStrengths assessment). In all cases, clients identify their needs, and programs are tailored to address those specific needs.

Gocial received her B.S. in education from Northwestern University, her M.A. in college student personnel from Bowling Green State University, and her Ph.D. in applied-experimental psychology from Saint Louis University. She is an Executive Leadership Coach certified through the Center for Executive Coaching and credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation. She is also a certified facilitator of Hogan Assessments, CliftonStrengths, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging workshops.

Nadine Kouba, PCC, PhD

Dr. Nadine Kouba is a passionate coach and consultant with a proven track record of adding value to leaders at all levels. With over 25 years of experience across nine industries, as well as education and non-profit sectors, she brings a powerful mix of strategy, empathy, and real-world insight to her clients.

Her expertise includes coaching executives and individual contributors, developing intact leadership teams, succession planning, and creating and facilitating leadership programs. She has presented workshops and coached individuals across the United States, as well as in the Asia-Pacific region, the Middle East, and Europe.

Nadine's thoughtful coaching approach helps clients surface their goals and create action plans to achieve their desired results. She works with them to solve business problems, manage people issues, develop personal leadership and executive presence, navigate new roles, or plan their careers.

Nadine holds a Ph.D. in Education from St. Louis University and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas Executive and Professional Coaching program. She is also certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Heath Luehmann, ACC

My coaching work centers around helping people grown in their leadership and communication skills, especially where they work. My background is in teaching middle school students, but in the last five years I have been using my executive coaching skills to bless people who are new to the work force all the way to c-suite leadership. My clients feel seen and heard through my sessions, and this allows them to successfully move through challenges and changes to create more productive environments at work.

Coached company presidents, other executives, a variety of high-ranking military officials, and all management levels within major corporations. Coached non-profit CEOs, lawyers, and physicians. Requested speaker for podcasts, radio shows, and webinars on retirement and coaching topics. Trained thousands of life coaches through International Coaching Academy and Coaching Cognition as well as non-financial retirement coaches as the Director of Training with Retirement Options. Obtained both Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation and Board-Certified Coach (BCC) with the Center for Credentialing and Education. Jane Williams, BCC

Dr. Jane Williams brings over 20 years of experience as an IT and business executive at IBM, where she held various leadership roles in retail, management consulting, solutions marketing, and sales education. An IBM-certified Executive Consultant, she was a key part of the company's global virtual team, driving innovation across different divisions while working and traveling worldwide. She concluded her career as the CIO at the University of Missouri – St. Louis, her alma mater, and continues to teach as an adjunct instructor for Waldorf University's online MBA program.

Since 2021, Jane has been a certified executive coach (BCC) for the IDC CIO Executive Council Pathways Coaching program. She specializes in coaching women IT executives at the director level and above, helping them transition into new leadership roles and find their voice and confidence in often challenging environments. Combining a coaching and mentorship approach, she believes that everyone she works with is already equipped with what they need to succeed. Her role is to help them gain new perspectives, stimulate ideas, and apply their knowledge to grow as a leader.
