With a compelling story of career transformation and a passion for coaching, Lynette is on a mission to empower individuals and organizations to reach their highest potential. Her journey is a testament to the transformative power of perseverance, education, and self-belief.

In her current roles as Business Coach and Chief of Operations, Lynette plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of small businesses. Her leadership and strategic thinking have been instrumental in driving growth and innovation with her clients. She's a strategist and visionary who combines her corporate experience with her coaching expertise to foster a holistic approach to leadership and personal development. 

As a Mom of two daughters, Lynette not only balances her roles as a Mother and Entrepreneur, she excels in them. Her ability to navigate the complexities of modern life while building thriving businesses is an inspiration to many. Her coaching philosophy revolves around the awareness that personal and professional growth are intertwined, and her mission is to guide others toward their true purpose.

Nadine works with her clients to enhance their development and accelerate their business. This includes managing overwhelm, solving a business problem, growing their executive presence, handling a people issue, developing personal leadership, or planning their career. When working with clients Nadine leverages 25+ years of experience designing and delivering leadership development experiences, developing executives, conducting in-tact leadership team building, and coaching high potentials. Nadine brings business expertise spanning eight different industries, government, education and not for profit, which allows her to bring a powerful mix of strategy, empathy, and real-world insights to her client engagements. She has worked globally and nationally. Nadine is an experienced executive in leadership and organizational development and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.

Lara Thornley Hall is a Certified Life Coach who develops and delivers corporate and personal coaching programs focused on helping professionals set and reach their career and personal goals. She founded her own company, Thought Renovations, in 2021. Prior to her focus on Life Coaching, Lara was a VP of Operations in Federal Government IT consulting, she is a Project Management Professional and a CPA from Australia. She has a Masters of International Management with honors from the Thunderbird School of Global Management (ASU). She lives in Wildwood, MO, with her husband, 11 yr old, and adorable rescue dog. Her pastimes include baking bread and drinking wine.

Francine Voss helps professionals seeking a change gain clarity by exploring possibilities and defining practical next steps.

She is a straightforward, no-nonsense coach who believes clarity comes from reflection, honest conversation, and a willingness to do the work. Francine creates a safe space where you can explore what’s possible and leave with a sense of direction you can act on. Francine finds real joy in supporting others as they map their path forward — whether that means a career change, a new role, or a thoughtfully chosen next chapter.

Francine is a Certified Coach through Coach Training Alliance and have a deep passion for helping people operate from their strengths and core values.

Before coaching, Francine spent more than two decades in corporate leadership and enjoyed helping teams align their roles and careers with their strengths. Francine holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA, and brings a practical approach to problem solving and decision making. She understands the realities of professional life — the pressure, the tradeoffs, and the responsibility that come with big decisions.

Now retired from corporate America, Francine is intentionally exploring her own next chapter, guided by the same strengths and values that she helps her clients uncover.

Anna Eder is an executive coach and leadership strategist who partners with high-performing professionals to navigate complex challenges with clarity, confidence, and precision. She specializes in executive presence, leadership transitions, and coaching culture development. Her clients value her ability to blend deep listening with bold insight, helping them elevate their impact while staying aligned with their core values.

With more than 25 years in the professional services industry, Anna has coached a wide spectrum of leaders—including managers, teams, and those who manage and develop them. She also brings extensive experience coaching executives and department heads on the headquarters side of a Fortune 500 firm, where she led enterprise coaching strategy and talent development initiatives. She holds a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation and advanced certifications in mentor coaching, supervision, and instructional design.

Anna’s coaching is shaped by her insider understanding of how leadership unfolds in fast-paced, performance-driven environments. She creates a space where clients can step back, think more strategically, and make grounded decisions that support both business growth and personal well-being. Known for her calm presence and laser-focused questions, Anna helps leaders move from pressure to purpose—unlocking meaningful results for themselves, their teams, and their organizations.

Certified in Collaborative Coaching and a graduate of the Inner MBA, Caryn brings a unique blend of digital marketing acumen, corporate and non-profit experience, and human-centered leadership principles to her work. Caryn possesses a deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and value-centric team building. With Caryn's commitment to social and human impact (demonstrated through her role as President & Chair of the Edwardsville Community Foundation), Caryn empowers leaders to build businesses and organizations that are both profitable and meaningful
