Biography
Bethany Peters, Ph.D., PCC is an executive leadership coach, facilitator, and founder of The Leadership Coaching Lab. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, education, and organizational learning, she partners with leaders to strengthen self-awareness, navigate complexity, and lead with greater clarity and intention.
Bethany works with leaders across industries and career stages, with a particular interest in leadership transitions, sustainable leadership, and the interpersonal dynamics that shape team effectiveness. Her approach combines evidence-based coaching practices, leadership assessments, and experiential learning to support meaningful, lasting development.
In addition to her coaching practice, Bethany is an adjunct professor of leadership and facilitates leadership development programs for organizations and teams. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation.
