About this event

This interactive session helps participants step back from daily routines and reconnect with what truly
matters. Through guided reflection and practical exercises, attendees will clarify their core values,
identify what gives their life meaning, and begin shaping a personal vision for the future. By the end of
the session, participants will leave with a clearer sense of direction and simple tools to continue aligning
their choices with their purpose.


Learning Objectives:
1. Identify core personal values and explain how they influence life decisions and overall fulfillment.
2. Articulate a personal vision statement that reflects their desired future and sense of purpose both
personally and professionally.
3. Apply at least one practical visioning technique (e.g., guided visualization or future-self journaling) to
support ongoing clarity and goal alignment.
