Meet the Speaker: Mark Walsh
Mark Walsh is an embodiment specialist, author of seven books (and counting), and founder of Embodiment Unlimited. Over the past 20 years, he’s helped thousands get out of their heads and into their bodies. He hosted The Embodiment Coaching Podcast (3M+ downloads) and led The Embodiment Conference, the world’s largest Zoom event, with 1,000 teachers and 500,000 attendees.
Mark’s work spans training over 2,000 coaches in 40+ countries, consulting for companies like Google, Unilever, and Shell, and co-founding Sane Ukraine – a trauma education charity now run by Ukrainian professionals. His expertise covers embodiment, resilience and trauma, and finding meaning.
He blends a psychology degree, aikido black belt, and movement practices like yoga, meditation, dance, and bodywork with a refreshingly direct style free from fluffy wellness clichés.
