As coaches, we know that leadership is exercised every day—on ourselves and others—regardless of title or position. The most effective leaders have a well-stocked toolbox of accessible behaviors and approaches, allowing them to assess situations and choose the best strategy for maximum impact. The Adaptable Leadership framework equips leaders to do just that, offering 8 core leadership postures that can be leveraged based on the needs of people and situations.
In this session, you will explore the Adaptable Leadership model and learn how to create spaces for your clients to recognize their own leadership tendencies. While some postures may feel natural, others require intentional development to drive greater impact and adaptability. As a coach, you’ll gain valuable tools to help clients become more self-aware, flexible, and intentional in their leadership.
Through a blend of theory and practical application, this session will empower you to support your clients in interpreting the true needs of people and situations, identifying opportunities for growth, and setting developmental goals. Whether you're coaching individuals or teams, you will leave with actionable coaching tools and exercises you can implement right away to help your clients become more resilient, focused, and empowered leaders.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
1) Explore the Adaptable Leadership Model: Participants will gain an understanding of the 8 core leadership postures, learning how each posture can be applied to different people and situations to maximize leadership effectiveness.
2) Develop Coaching Tools for Self-Awareness: Coaches will learn techniques, mental models, and tools to help clients recognize their primary leadership tendencies and deepen their self-awareness, enabling them to make intentional and impactful leadership choices.
3) Support Client Growth with the Adaptable Leadership framework: Coaches will learn how to leverage the Adaptable Leadership framework and tools to help clients identify and set intentional developmental goals that enhance resilience and foster impact-focused leadership.
