Exploring Belonging

What does it mean to Belong?...

As ICF community members, we ascribe to the core values of integrity, excellence, collaboration and respect. The foundation of these values is a shared commitment to diversity, inclusion, belonging and justice. We will focus on three core coaching competencies: Cultivates Trust and Intimacy, Evokes Awareness and Facilitates Client Growth.

In this program, we will explore belonging: What does it mean? What does it embody? What values, stories and experiences inform a deep sense of that word? And how does it affect our relationships and communications with our clients.

Learning Objectives:

Helping Clients discover their path

  1. Coaches will identify Belonging for self and as a core competency for relationship and communication with clients.
  2. Coaches will leave with a deeper understanding that positive communication and relationships have as their base, “Belonging: A feeling of being valued, being oneself without judgment.”
  3. Coaches will identify key components for Belonging that supports diversity, member and client engagement.

Join this highly interactive session which offers a deep transformative experience for coaches to explore belonging- the meaning and felt sense of it.
