Biography
Tim J. Dean is a certified coach and sought-after keynote speaker with a passion for empowering others to realize their full potential. An international best-selling author, Tim possesses an in-depth knowledge of the five generations participating simultaneously in the workforce, and teaches, “How to Leverage Generational Diversity” for the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business at St. Louis University.
With extensive business expertise spanning five different industries, Tim brings a unique and powerful mix of strategy, empathy and real-world insights to every coaching and speaking engagement. Recent clients include Bayer, RICOH, Ameren, DDI, and Wells Fargo, and his expertise has been featured on several leadership podcasts. Tim’s publications include Activate Your Life: What’s Your Well-Being Number? and Coaching Millennials. Tim holds a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
