The Evolution of Coaching 

The coaching profession continues to evolve and mature. Join us for an interactive session discussing current and future areas of coaching and how you may be able to develop and enter new coaching markets. We will touch on trends and how you might be tap into these, including artificial intelligence technology.

Learning Objectives:
1. Understanding the current and possible state of the coaching profession for better understanding of where you might want to take your coaching practice.
2. A glimpse into areas you may want to explore in order to enter new coaching niches.
3. Sharing of how your peers integrate their coaching in specialty coaching areas.

Participants will earn 1.5 Resource development CCEs for attending this program.



Meet the Speaker Joel DiGirolamo

Joel DiGirolamo is the Vice President of Research and Data Science for the International Coaching Federation (ICF), where he leads the organization’s efforts to study the science and profession of coaching. Joel has published numerous articles, book chapters, and white papers on coaching research. He has more than 30 years of staff and management experience in Fortune 500 companies and is the author of two books, Leading Team Alpha and Yoga in No Time at All. Joel holds a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Kansas State University, an MBA from Xavier University, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University. He is an Associate Editor for Consulting Psychology Journal.
