Meet the Speaker Dale Wilsher, PCC

Dale Wilsher is a professional development expert, executive leadership coach, and motivational speaker who helps individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. As an author of an award-winning personality book, a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, and a faculty member for the US Chamber of Commerce's Institute of Organizational Management, Dale brings a wealth of experience to her work. She is also a member of the National Speakers Association, a certified virtual presenter, and serves as the Director of Programming for NSA Colorado.

Since 2007, Dale has delivered high-energy keynotes and workshops on mindset, purpose, and personality to diverse audiences, from non-profits to corporations. Her authentic style engages audiences with personal stories, fresh perspectives, and practical tools for change.

As a Certified Behavioral Consultant in DISC Personality Profile, Dale trains teams on personality differences to foster workplace cultures of kindness, respect, and success. Her background in sales and science uniquely positions her to share insights on persuasive communication and enthusiasm, drawing from positive psychology, leadership, and neuroscience.

Dale holds multiple certifications, including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from ICF, Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC), and Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP). She is also a Strengths Champion Coach in Gallup Strengths Finder Assessment.

Her coaching approach focuses on uncovering hidden strengths, beliefs, and callings to guide clients to their highest level of contribution. Dale helps professionals and entrepreneurs reassess their strengths, clarify core values, and define their purpose, enabling them to leverage their motivation and mission for personal and professional success.
