When a coaching client and coach seem to be “stuck” it can create frustration and tension within the coach-client relationship. Sometimes it takes the proverbial “two by four” for the client to regain their traction and continue progressing. That “two by four” is often Direct Communication. It is a competency that most coaches use sparingly or not at all. In this session we will walk through approaches you can use to be more direct and ultimately very effective.
